The second ICE symposium focused around the issues of power, identity and culture in online learning.

Proceedings will be published early in 2006, as two special issues of the journal E-learning.

The symposium was organised jointly by The University of Edinburgh, Coventry University, and the Institute of Education, University of London.

The first ICE symposium was held at Higham Hall in October 2002.
